WOW. I’m so surprised and overwhelmed by the response to this campaign!  Only yesterday we had 600 members and I had written off to the local councillors, already an overwhelming response! not 16 hours later and another 400 people have gotten behind the cause.

I was made aware of a country restriction that wasn’t allowing anyone from outside the UK to join the site, I’ve since removed it, seeing as one of the potential outcomes of the statue would be international tourism. Bring on the foreigners!

Have yet to see or hear form Metal Hammer again so who knows, maybe they’re planning something and biding their time who knows Thank you everyone, let’s make this happen. For those about to rock….?
